Go Pack Go!

We had a wonderful weekend in Wisconsin. Grandma and Grandpa spoiled Izzy with a million snacks! They also set up Pat's old toys for her to play with and bought a shopping cart for her to put the toys into and she could shop for her snacks! We had a blast at the game and Izzy had a great time with Grandma! Thanks for a wonderful weekend!

On the drive down, Izzy only napped for about a half hour and was wired the rest of the way. Thankfully she slept for 2.5 hours on the way home. We think Izzy is going through a growth spurt because she is eating constantly! She is always saying "please, more, and nack (snack)". She also went potty before bath time today too. I had her bath water running so I didn't even hear her go, she got up and Pat noticed she had actually gone! She was pretty excited and proud of herself!.

Happy birthday to cousin Kiki who Izzy worships! She was fussy in the car for a little bit today so we Facetimed Kiki for her birthday and Izzy was all smiles. When we got home she pointed to my phone and said, "Kiki!!" Happy birthday Kiki!

18+ weeks

So I am already failing on my bump duties! Here I am today at 18+ weeks before we head to Menasha to see Grandma and Grandpa and go to the Viking Packer game! I am feeling bigger by the day, but this picture doesn't make it look as big as I feel it really is. One app says baby is a mango in size, the other says a bell pepper. Baby was kicking on the plane ride home and Pat could feel it too, which was fun! They think my placenta is in front, which is why we struggle to find the heartbeat without an ultrasound and rarely feel kicks. Once this babe gets a little bigger, I am sure I won't be sleeping due to its kicks. We find out in 15 days what we are having (hopefully) at our ultrasound and can then decide what to do with big sister Izzy, move her room or keep her in the same room and get her a big girl bed. Big decisions! Here is a picture from our last apt of baby too!

Big news for big sister, she did a few drops on the big girl potty last night before bath! We aren't potty training yet, but figured we would let her try before and after bath time since we already have her stripped down and sure enough she went a little! She was very excited for a "treat" and the clapping after! We shall see what happens!
