Big girl seat!

Izzy's new carseat came in the mail today! She looks so little in it. We weighed her tonight and she is 18 lbs now! She is getting bigger and bigger each day. She is becoming more determined and has been showing her lack of interest in hearing the word no lately. She cries or gives you a pouty face when you say no now. Her and I had a funny day together full of testing her limits and crying when I said no. :) She really wanted the tv remotes today and didn't understand why she couldn't play with them. Nana also stopped by to play and saw how Izzy truly could spend her whole day walking back and forth with her walker! I am sad to go back to work tomorrow, I love being home with my little Izzy!

Easter!

We had a busy weekend! I think we were both ready to go to bed at 6:30 when Izzy did tonight. :) Izzy loved her Easter basket full of bubbles, books, and a toothbrush. She giggled when Daddy brushed her teeth tonight! She had a great weekend with Grandma and Grandpa too!

Pretty flowers

Izzy, Grandma, and I went to Macy's 8th floor today to see the beautiful flower display. Izzy had a great time and enjoyed the colorful flowers! Daddy and Grandpa went golfing and we all went on a walk when we got home.

Fun with Stacie!

We are very fortunate to have a nanny who loves Izzy as much as we do. We are also very fortunate that she loves the outdoors and gets Izzy outside almost daily and sometimes more than once a day. I love our Wifi SD camera memory card that Pat gave me for Christmas too, as I get an email notification when she takes pictures so I can see their day together while I am at work. It makes me jealous that I can't get paid to be with Izzy outside all day too. :) Looks like they had a nice day together! Looks like Stella didn't have a bad day either.

Grandpa and Grandma are coming tonight, hopefully Izzy will sleep well tonight and nap well tomorrow so they can actually see her, not just watch her on the monitor. :)

Our little bunny

Our little bunny loved the Easter Bunny! She smiled most of the time! I thought she would be scared, but she didn't mind at all. Great Aunt Lori and Nana came too and helped make me smile! We stopped by to see Papa after too!

Ham

Izzy has been quite the ham lately. Poor thing has researcher parents who can't just buy something like most people, but instead have to read thousands of reviews first. Izzy got to try out some new carseats since she is almost one! She liked it and was quite a ham to the sales people. She gave them her new goofy grin/cheesy smile! If only that would have given us a discount. :) We decided on a cow print carseat, Izzy looked like a little munchkin in it, but it is very safe....and cute! :) Still haven't bought it, we just need to REALLY make sure it is the best with a little more research. :)
