Such fun!

We love Ely! Izzy is not going to know what to do when she enters daycare and realizes it isn't all about her anymore and that the kids aren't just there for her! She has been loving the outdoors, swimming in her pool, touching all things nature, going on walks. We took a little stroll yesterday only to realize that Stella didn't have her leash on so we had to put her in the Burley on the road. :) Izzy thought that was pretty funny!

First few days Up North

The pictures can tell the story so far...

Driving Miss Daisy, literally! Izzy was driving little Daisy dog around in her carriage. 

We found some old slides of pictures from the cabin, that was me and my Dad when I was little. I think I see a little Izzy in me. Mom, I can't wait to go through your photos now!

Hi ho, hi ho it is off to Ely we go

We are on the road! Izzy and I had a busy morning of running errands and picking up last minute items for the week in Ely. Izzy had fun watching the garbage truck today too.

Princess Izzy

Izzy is back to being herself....Finally! Nothing like a little hand, foot, and mouth disease to wipe a girl out for a few days. Now that she isn't contagious, we went to say hello to Papa and Nana. We went to visit Nana and Papa and Izzy found their toys. I had to put her in one of the Princess costumes to see how she looked, as you can tell from the pictures, she kind of liked it!

Oops, i didn't realize this didn't post when we were Up North. Here are some more Ely photos from the weekend! Another wonderful day in Ely! We can't wait to be up here for a full week starting on Friday!

Crazy week

We returned from a great trip at the cabin to Izzy getting sick. She woke up on Monday with a fever of 102.4! She slept a lot on Monday. Tuesday her fever seemed to be low if at all, 98-100. And today she is fever free but still a little out of sorts. She isn't eating much, if anything at all. We are hoping it is just her teeth, but sent the doctor an email to see if she thinks we should come in before we head to the cabin again on Friday. She took a morning nap today which isn't her normal routine which tells me something is bugging her. We have been playing outside a lot and getting fresh air to help her feel better. She is getting sick of being home that is for sure. She found some goodies in the kitchen to play with yesterday...busted.
