We can't get enough of our smiley little Bobby! Mommy forgot to take 10 month photos, so I'll fill you in on what our big boy has been doing during his 10th and 11th months.....
*He finally decided to go from army crawling to getting up on his knees and now is so fast, we wish he were back to army crawling.
*He started pulling himself up on EVERYTHING!
*He continues to eat EVERYTHING in sight, typically more than his sister and sometimes it seems like more than mommy and daddy.
*He waves...when he feels like it.
*He is ALWAYS smiling!
*He got his first ear infection, well actually he likes to go big or go home, so it was a double ear infection.
*He had his first visit to Urgent Care Mother's Day weekend for a respiratory infection and got his first x-ray.
*He puts everything in his mouth.
*He is still obsessed with the following: Izzy, his nuk(only at naps now), his blanket, and food.
*He went for his first swing ride and slide ride at the park.
*Got his first of many rosey cheeks from the sun at daycare on Tuesday.
*He started drinking whole milk with meals, he hated it at first, but it is growing on him.
*We found out he was allergic to amoxicillin when he had his double ear infection.
*He has started to show his stubborn side and we think he might need some anger management skills...he gets really upset when he doesn't get his way and gets frustrated that he can't tell you what he wants. He gets made if Izzy takes something from him and screams and cries. :)
*He babbles all the time, but as soon as you ask him to say Mama or Dada, he just smiles and continues babbling what he feels like.
*When he wants more food, he wants it now and gets very angry when you don't read his mind and get it for him. We are trying to do sign language, but he just gets mad when you grab his hands.
*He likes to make a game out of knocking his sippy cup off of his highchair and loves to hold his hand off of the side for Stella to get a taste of his food.
*He has started to try to feed himself with a spoon and has done a fairly descent job of it.
*He loves to crawl around and pull himself up on things at the park. It makes going to the park very difficult now because he is no longer content just swinging or letting you hold him.
*He has NO FEAR....it is only a matter of time before stitches or a broken bone occur. He is ALL boy. It is amazing how different boys and girls truly are. I never believed it until I witnessed it first hand from infancy with Izzy and Bobby. Izzy was always more of a boy in terms of climbing and getting into things, but holy cow, Bobby takes it to another level. He is so much more aggressive with everything.
*He continues to be a great sleeper! He sleeps 12+ hours a night and takes a morning and afternoon nap ranging from 1.5-3 hours each.
*He hates his nebulizer, thank goodness he doesn't need it anymore.
*Did I mention he is always happy and smiling? It makes a bad day amazing just saying his name and seeing his face light up. So cute!
*He is super ticklish and has the most hilarious giggle!
* I could go on and on, but I really can't believe our big guy is going to be 1 next month! He weighed in at 21lbs 12oz at his urgent care visit two weeks ago...crazy, especially since Izzy weighed in at 25lbs 8oz today at her apt!
We Love you sooooo much Bobby! I can't believe how fast the past 11 months have flown by and can't wait to watch you grow! We are going to have so much fun this summer at the pool, playing outside, going to the park, going to cabins, etc. Thanks for making our family feel more complete!
