2 Months Old

I can't believe our baby is already two months old and that he will go to daycare in just a week and a half!! Where has time gone? Bobby had his 2 month apt on Monday and he is a very healthy boy! The doctor was impressed with his strength and how social he was, she said it reminded her more of an almost four month old. She said it seems he is really observing everything around him, which has helped with his strength. The whole time we were talking, Bobby was following Izzy around the room with his eyes and moving his head to see her and smiling at her. I think daycare will be a little overstimulating for him, I think he'll sleep a lot when he comes home each day.

Bobby's 2 Month Stats:

       Weight: 11lbs 8 oz (45th percentile)

        Height: 23 inches!! (51st percentile)

        Head: 23cm? (53rd percentile)

Izzy's 2 Month Stats in Comparison:

       Weight: 10lbs (26th percentile) (Highest percentile she has ever been in!)
       Length: 22.5 inches (34th percentile)
      Head: 15.5 inches (66th percentile)

Bobby's Loves:
*His sister, watching her, and smiling at her.
*His nuk and his hands/fingers when he can get them into his mouth.
*Eating every three hours.
*Sleeping, he sleeps one longer stretch for 5-6 hours, but it usually happens from 8pm-2/3am.
*Smiling.
*Cooing/Talking...we are so close to a giggle.

Bobby's Dislikes: 
*When he gets tired and wants to let you know to put him to bed.
