"Bamba and Bamma" as Izzy calls them, came to visit this weekend. Izzy LOVED having all of the attention and Mommy and Daddy LOVED being able to get a few things done while Grandma and Grandpa played with Izzy. Thank you for a wonderful weekend. We had a nice dinner on Friday from D'Amico and Sons brought by Grandma and Grandpa, thank you! And we all watched Izzy in her element on Saturday. Grandma and Grandpa offered to stay back with Izzy during naptime so we could pick up a few items for baby boy's room and get Izzy's new dresser from Ikea. Saturday night, we celebrated Grandpa's birthday at Wok in the Park. Yum! Pat sent up Izzy's new dresser when we got home. Thank you Grandpa for helping him carrying it! This morning, we continued our St. Patrick's Day celebration and Grandpa's birthday celebration with green bagels from Nana (thank you!) and a delicious lunch at Yum! We had a wonderful weekend. Grandpa and Grandma were amazing and really helped Pat and I out a lot by playing with Izzy and learning the ropes for when we go to Hawaii and they'll be on duty. We were able to get part of baby boy's room set up, his crib and changing table are in there, we just have to sell our old desk to really start to decorate. We were also able to get Izzy's new dresser set up and organized. I was able to go through Izzy's closet and drawers and pull out clothing she outgrew and put it aside for Baby Girl Sullivan! It was a relaxing and productive weekend, we couldn't ask for anything more. We hope you enjoyed yourselves as well "Bamba and Bamma", we can't thank you enough for keeping Izzy occupied while we got some much needed things done, she was laughing and happy the whole weekend. She was sad to wake up and only find Mommy and Dadda.
